On the recommendation of a well-known lawyer in Munich we contacted Thomas Knolseisen. The lawyer said that a couple from Planegg had already worked toghether with SK Real Estate and that they were very satisfied. They would now even play tennis together with Thomas. This positive impression has also been confirmed from our point of view.

From the offer phase through to completion, Evi and Thomas proved to be reliable, competent and very friendly partners. All open questions and requests were answered directly and proceeded as soon as possible. They were always available for our concerns.

Committements were kept.

The planned completion date was even realised three months earlier. The construction of the house and the materials were of high-quality and, in our opinion, the tradesmen were very motivated to deliver good work. This also indicates a professional and appreciative construction management.

From our point of view, the desired a more detailed instruction on how to handle the technical equipment, such as the heating/ventilation.

At the end, after just a few weeks we already feel at home and enjoy the beautiful area and the friendly neighbourhood.
