what our customers said

In 2022, we decided to buy a flat in South Tyrol. The decision to buy this flat was very difficult for us at the time, as we didn't know what to expect. We weren't able to view the building project regularly and had to rely on the property developer. Now that it has been completed and we have moved in, we are very satisfied in all respects.

The construction and the workmanship of the trades were of a high quality. The specialist companies were commissioned from the local area. The schedule for the construction work up to the handover was adhered to exactly.

The property developer has a very high level of expertise and is always available. Extra requests were also discussed and realised during the construction phase. The estimated construction costs were adhered to, there were ‘no nasty surprises’. Even afterwards, there were no defects whatsoever.

We are very grateful for the good, honest, cordial and professional cooperation and would recommend Mr Knolseisen without reservation! Many thanks also to Mrs Knolseisen for her support in dealing with the authorities and other valuable tips!
